We are not a retailer.  We don’t sell any of the items that we post on wearugetit.com.  We are simply a site whose goal is to help you find out who makes the item you want, and where you can find the best deal.  Any refunds, exchanges, etc. are to be handled with the company you purchase your items from.  We do however, want to hear from you if the company treated you poorly.  We will list that info, so others have that knowledge before making their purchase decision.
